RoleFwd is a job application management concierge service.  We act as a force multiplier; applying for more jobs per week than most of our clients have time to or the patience to do.  While you're free to prepare for interviews, take a walk, sleep or just relax, we're working on your tedious job applications.

Often times, our clients have companies they want to exclude from their job search. This is because, either they have connections at the company they want to engage personally or these are companies at which they were previously employed. Whatever the reason, in the onboarding process, you will submit information that serve as guidelines for us, and this includes companies that you want us to exclude from our search and application activities.  We will not apply to these designated companies.

Our pricing packages begin at as little $150 per week after a $50 onboarding charge.  Please see our "Services and Pricing" page for more information.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a job as we don't control hiring at the other companies. But we GREATLY improve your odds of getting a job, because unfortunately in today's market, obtaining a job is a numbers game.  The more applications submitted the greater your chances of securing a job.

While we're confident that you'll be pleased with your service, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel mid-week, you will continue to get your applications submitted and you will not be charged after that period. There are no contracts or lock-in periods.
